Lehigh Acres is the largest unincorporated community in Lee County, Florida — roughly 96 square miles of inland subdivision platted in the mid-1950s by Lee Ratner and Gerald Gould through Lee County Land and Title Company, with approximately 152,000 quarter-acre lots laid out across what was once the Lucky Lee Ranch.
