Who are the best real estate agents in Naples, FL, on the public record in 2026?

McGreevy and Comisar of Domain Realty compared 12 Naples real estate agents and teams on eight public, dated criteria, all retrieved on 7 September 2026. On that record McGreevy and Comisar sit twelfth of twelve on Google review count, 73 reviews at 4.9, and third on RealTrends Verified production, 241 closed sides in 2025, behind rows at 377 and 196.

By Jesse McGreevy and Marc Comisar, founding partners of McGreevy and Comisar, Top 1% Real Estate Agents Nationally Since 2008. Brokered by Domain Realty. Updated September 2026 (data date 7 September 2026). This page is the comparison companion to our Naples real estate guide, and the Naples sibling of our Estero comparison.

This page is published by McGreevy and Comisar of Domain Realty; rankings reflect the criteria stated above on the data date shown.

Criteria and data date: Google Business Profile review count and rating, years licensed per the Florida DBPR licence record, brokerage of record per DBPR, office city per the Google Business Profile place page, team or solo, languages listed on the public profile, published production only where RealTrends Verified published it, and the public record ids behind every cell. All retrieved 7 September 2026. Selection rule: every real estate agent or team with a Google Business Profile whose place-page address city is Naples, FL carrying 50 or more reviews on the data date, plus any RealTrends Verified 2026 team based in Naples; if fewer than 8 had qualified the floor would have dropped to 25 reviews. It did not come to that: 24 Naples-addressed agents and teams cleared 50 reviews and 62 RealTrends Verified teams are based in Naples, so the roster is capped at the 11 Naples listings with the most Google reviews on the data date plus McGreevy and Comisar, and the page says so. Rows are listed by Google review count on the data date, highest first, with McGreevy and Comisar in their measured position and nowhere else.

Data updated: September 2026 (Google Business Profile as displayed on Google Maps and in Google’s local results, Florida DBPR licensee portal, RealTrends Verified 2026 program, all retrieved 7 September 2026).

Every cell in the table is a record, not an opinion. Where a record is a corporation’s rather than a person’s, the cell says so. Nothing on this page characterises any agent or team other than McGreevy and Comisar; the table shows the public record and the reader does the reading.

How were the agents on this list selected and compared?

McGreevy and Comisar selected the roster by a rule written before the data was pulled, then compared every row on the same eight criteria on one day, 7 September 2026. Nothing was ranked on private knowledge, on unverified production, or on anything a reader cannot check against a public record with a licence number or a Google listing.

Data updated: September 2026 (Florida DBPR licensee portal, Google Business Profile, RealTrends Verified, retrieved 7 September 2026).

The yardstick. The selection rule is stated above the table. For this page we tracked 443 Google Business Profiles returned for real estate agents and realtors in Naples across thirteen searches, two city-wide searches read to the end of their results and eleven ZIP-code searches for 34102, 34103, 34108, 34109, 34110, 34112, 34113, 34114, 34116, 34119 and 34120. Forty-six of those profiles carried 50 or more reviews on 7 September 2026. Twenty-two were set aside on the rule itself: four were not agents or teams (a property manager, two law offices and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS), ten had an office city other than Naples on the record (Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Marco Island, Sanibel), four were branch or administration listings of multi-office brokerages rather than an agent or team, and four showed no address at all on their place page. That left 24 Naples-addressed agents and teams at 50 or more reviews, plus 62 RealTrends Verified 2026 teams based in Naples. Because the rule caps the table at 12 rows, the 11 Naples listings with the most Google reviews on the data date, from 204 down to 76, are on the table with McGreevy and Comisar, and the place page of every one of them was opened to confirm the address city. The 12th-ranked Naples listing, at 74 reviews, sits just outside the cap and is recorded in our working file, not on the page.

What each criterion measures, and where it comes from.

  1. Google reviews and rating. The count and the star average displayed on the agent’s Google Business Profile on the data date. Google computes the rating as the average of all published ratings and removes reviews that violate its policies, so a count is a snapshot, not a permanent fact. That is why every count on this page is dated.
  2. Years licensed. The Original License Date on the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation record, counted in complete years to 7 September 2026. For a corporation listing, the corporation’s own licence date is shown and labelled as such, because a company’s date and a person’s date are different facts.
  3. Brokerage of record. The employing broker or corporation shown under Related License Information on the DBPR record, with its own CQ licence number in our working file. Florida law requires a sales associate to work under a broker, and the record shows who that is.
  4. Office city. The city on the Google Business Profile place-page address, which is the criterion that put a profile on the list. McGreevy and Comisar’s Google listing sits at 24031 S Tamiami Trl #101 in Bonita Springs, FL 34134; their Naples office at 9180 Galleria Ct #200, Naples, FL 34109 has no separate Google listing, so the row appears here as the publisher’s row and is honest about it.
  5. Team or solo. Read from the listing’s own category and name; a listing is described as it presents itself.
  6. Languages. Only where the public profile lists them. No Google Business Profile in this roster lists a language, so the column is honest about that.
  7. Published production. Shown only where RealTrends Verified published it for the 2025 sales year under the listing’s own name or under the licensee’s own name, cited to the Naples city ranking list it came from. A RealTrends figure is a published, third-party number; an absent one means nothing was published, not that nothing was sold.
  8. Public record ids. The DBPR licence numbers and the Google listing behind each row, so any cell can be re-checked by anyone in about a minute.

How the table is ordered. By Google review count on the data date, highest first, which is the criterion most readers check first and the criterion that built the roster. McGreevy and Comisar sit twelfth on that column with 73 reviews at 4.9, and the page says so plainly rather than reordering the table to put the publisher on top. Where the record does not support an order, the criteria are shown side by side and no tiebreak is invented.

What is deliberately not on the table. No review text from any profile other than our own. No home addresses, even where the DBPR record carries one. No production figure that RealTrends has not published. No adjective about anyone.

Thinking of selling or buying in Naples? The record on this page is the record you get.

McGreevy and Comisar closed 241 sides in 2025 on the RealTrends Verified record, the third-largest published figure on this page, and Jesse McGreevy has been licensed in Florida since 4 November 2004. If you are selling, start with a free valuation of your Naples home and call Jesse direct at (239) 898-6072. If you are buying, see how McGreevy and Comisar represent Naples buyers and call Marc Comisar at (239) 287-5873. Every number on this page can be checked against the record ids in the table, which is exactly how we would want you to check us. Top 1% Real Estate Agents Nationally Since 2008. Brokered by Domain Realty.

Which Naples real estate agents have the most Google reviews in September 2026?

Eleven Naples-addressed profiles carried more Google reviews than McGreevy and Comisar on 7 September 2026, from 204 at the top of the table down to 76, against McGreevy and Comisar’s 73 at a 4.9 rating. The table names them. Google reviews measure volume and recency of feedback on one platform; they do not measure closings, licence history or price tier.

Data updated: September 2026 (Google Business Profile counts as displayed on Google Maps and in Google’s local results, retrieved 7 September 2026).

McGreevy and Comisar hold 73 Google reviews at 4.9 on the data date, on a profile that carries the office at 24031 S Tamiami Trl #101, Bonita Springs, FL 34134 and the direct line (239) 898-6072. A separate national team profile for McGreevy and Comisar carried a larger count on the same day; that figure is not in the table because the table’s criterion is the Google Business Profile only, and the point of a criteria-based page is that the criterion does not move to flatter the publisher.

Naples is a much bigger review market than Estero. When McGreevy and Comisar built the Estero version of this page on the same day, five Estero-addressed profiles cleared 50 reviews and the rule’s fallback floor had to drop to 25; in Naples, 24 agent and team profiles cleared 50 without any fallback, and the leading Naples listing carries 204. Read that as a fact about the size of the Naples market and the number of agents working it, not as a fact about any one agent’s closings.

Two things worth knowing about review counts before you weigh them. First, Google’s own help pages explain that the review score is the average of all published ratings and that Google removes reviews that break its policies, which is why counts drift and why this page carries a date on every number. Second, a review count is one platform’s record. Florida law does not require an agent to collect reviews anywhere, and some experienced Naples agents carry small counts because their business runs on repeat and referral clients rather than on public feedback. Read the count next to the licence date and the brokerage, not on its own.

If you want reviews you can read rather than count, the client review block further down this page quotes McGreevy and Comisar’s own verified Google reviews, and only those. This page does not quote or paraphrase a review left for anyone else.

How long have McGreevy and Comisar been licensed in Florida, and how do you check any agent’s licence?

Jesse McGreevy has held Florida licence SL3101296 since 4 November 2004 and Marc Comisar has held Florida licence BK3060671 since 25 September 2003, both Current and Active with DomainRealty.com LLC as brokerage of record, per the Florida DBPR portal on 7 September 2026. That is 21 and 22 complete years; one row on the table shows 26.

Data updated: September 2026 (Florida DBPR licensee portal, records retrieved 7 September 2026, portal data current as of 7 September 2026).

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation publishes every real estate licence at myfloridalicense.com, and checking one takes about a minute. Choose Search by Name or Search by License Number, enter the agent, and open the record. The record shows the licence type (Sales Associate, Broker Sales Associate or Broker), the status (Current and Active is the one you want), the Original License Date, the expiry date, the brokerage of record under Related License Information, and any disciplinary history. Marc Comisar’s record shows the Broker Sales rank, which means he holds a broker licence and practises as a broker associate under Domain Realty; Jesse McGreevy’s record shows Sales Associate. Both records carry the Professional Association qualification, which is the P.A. after their names.

Every years-licensed figure on the table came from that portal on the same day. Two rows are corporation listings rather than people, and the table shows the corporation’s licence date and says so. One row’s Google name is a nickname; the table shows the licensee of record beside the licence number so the reader can open the same record. Where two licensees share a listing, both dates are shown and the older one leads the cell.

Licence tenure is a floor, not a ranking. A licence issued in 2004 proves twenty-one years of standing with the state; it does not prove twenty-one years of Naples closings. Read it next to the published production column, which is the only place on this page where closings appear, and only where a third party published them.

What does the Florida DBPR record show about brokerage of record, and why does it matter?

Every Florida sales associate works under a licensed broker, and the DBPR record names that broker or corporation as the brokerage of record. On this table McGreevy and Comisar’s brokerage of record is DomainRealty.com LLC, doing business as Domain Realty, licence CQ1049052, since July 2015, with Jesse McGreevy as a co-founder of that brokerage.

Data updated: September 2026 (Florida DBPR licensee records and Related License Information views, retrieved 7 September 2026).

Brokerage of record matters for three practical reasons. The broker is who holds your escrow deposit under Florida law, who is accountable to the Florida Real Estate Commission for the associate’s conduct, and whose name must appear in any team advertising under Rule 61J2-10.026 of the Florida Administrative Code, which is why every mention of the team on this page reads McGreevy and Comisar, Domain Realty. A team name that never shows its brokerage is not following the rule.

The table shows a mix of brokerage types, and the record is neutral about all of them: national and regional franchise brokerages, two independent Naples corporations with their own qualifying brokers, and a Florida brokerage founded by its principals. Three rows on the table share one brokerage of record and two rows share another, which is the ordinary shape of the Naples market, where a handful of large offices employ hundreds of associates. McGreevy and Comisar’s brokerage, Domain Realty, was co-founded by Jesse McGreevy in 2015 and is the brokerage behind Domain Realty Group, the #1 real estate team in Southwest Florida since 2012. What that means for a client is that the people whose names are on the door and the people whose licences are on the file are the same people.

The employed-by date on a DBPR record is also useful. It tells you how long an agent has been at the current brokerage; the dates on this roster run from 2015 to November 2025, and a recent move is a fact you may want to ask about, neutrally, because agents move brokerages for many ordinary reasons. Both McGreevy and Comisar records show Domain Realty as brokerage of record since July 2015, the year the brokerage was founded.

Which criterion do McGreevy and Comisar lead on in Naples, and which do they not?

On the 7 September 2026 record McGreevy and Comisar do not lead the Naples table on any single column, and the page says so. They sit third on published production, 241 RealTrends Verified sides behind rows at 377 and 196; twelfth on Google review count; third on licence tenure at 22 years; and their Google office city is Bonita Springs.

Data updated: September 2026 (RealTrends Verified 2026 program based on 2025 sales data; Florida DBPR; Google Business Profile; all retrieved 7 September 2026).

That is the honest reading of the table, and it is the reason this page exists in this form. A page that ranks the publisher first on every column is a brochure. Naples is the largest and most competitive agent market in Southwest Florida, with 62 RealTrends Verified teams based in the city and 81 individually ranked agents on the 2026 lists, and McGreevy and Comisar would rather show a reader where they actually sit on that record than choose a criterion that flatters them.

Where the record does support a claim, the page makes it with the source beside it. RealTrends Verified 2026 publishes McGreevy and Comisar, Domain Realty, at 241 sides and $157.57M for 2025, an average home price of $653.8K and 20 active licensed agents, ranked 5 by sides and 11 by volume among large teams in Florida and 131 by sides and 129 by volume nationally. On this table that figure is the third-largest published production number and the only one that RealTrends files under a city other than Naples. Eight rows carry a RealTrends figure and four carry none, and the table shows each exactly as published.

On review count the record says what it says. McGreevy and Comisar’s 73 Google reviews at 4.9 sit last among the twelve, because the roster was built from the Naples listings with the most reviews and our row was added as the publisher’s row, not because it qualified on the review criterion. We could have chosen a smaller roster, a different platform or a different city boundary that put us higher, and we chose not to.

On office city, McGreevy and Comisar’s Google listing sits in Bonita Springs, FL 34134, on US 41 twelve minutes north of the Collier County line, and their Naples office sits at 9180 Galleria Ct #200 in North Naples, off Vanderbilt Beach Road. The Naples connection is not the Google address; it is that McGreevy and Comisar and their Domain Realty Group team have sold over $2.5 Billion in Real Estate across Lee and Collier counties, that the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA is where the team’s largest sale prices sit, and that Marc Comisar runs listing appointments across North Naples, the Naples Beach ZIPs and East Naples every week. The row reports the record as the record shows it and lets the first-hand block below carry the rest.

Is it better to hire a team or a solo agent in Naples?

Neither structure is better on the record; the Florida DBPR treats a team as individually licensed associates under one broker, and the Naples table shows solo listings, teams and agency listings with strong review histories. McGreevy and Comisar operate as a team under Domain Realty with 20 active licensed agents, led by two principals licensed since 2004 and 2003.

Data updated: September 2026 (Florida Administrative Code Rule 61J2-10.026; RealTrends Verified 2026 team profile; retrieved 7 September 2026).

What a team changes is coverage and continuity. A solo agent is one licence, one phone and one calendar. A team can show a Pelican Bay condo the same afternoon a buyer lands at RSW, run a listing’s marketing while the lead agent is at a closing, and keep a transaction moving through the 110 days that the May 2026 MSA median took from contract to close. What a team does not change is who is accountable: under Florida law every associate on a team works under the same broker, and under Rule 61J2-10.026 the team must advertise with the brokerage name attached, which is why the team name on this page never appears without Domain Realty beside it.

The Naples table also shows how RealTrends classifies teams by size, from small teams to a mega team, and the classification matters when you read a production figure. A team figure counts every side the whole team closed, so a mega team’s 196 sides, a large team’s 377 sides and a solo agent’s 31 sides are different kinds of number. Each is on the table as published, with the size class beside it, and you can divide for yourself.

The question to ask any team is who actually handles your file. At McGreevy and Comisar the answer is the two names on the page: Jesse McGreevy works with sellers on pricing and marketing and sets the appointments, and Marc Comisar runs the field, the listing appointments and the buyer side. The team behind them, Domain Realty Group, is the #1 real estate team in Southwest Florida since 2012, and its 4,000+ transactions are the depth behind two principals rather than a substitute for them. The two principals are the ones who earned Top 1% Real Estate Agents Nationally Since 2008, and they are the ones you meet.

The question to ask a solo agent is what happens when they are unavailable. A good solo agent has a good answer. The table lets you weigh both structures on the same record and decide which answer you prefer.

Which kind of move fits McGreevy and Comisar in Naples?

McGreevy and Comisar fit a Naples seller pricing into a market where 59.5 percent of May 2026 closings were cash, a buyer choosing among North Naples club communities and Naples Beach condominiums, a luxury move where their 2025 RealTrends average sale price was $653.8K, and a relocating buyer who needs Collier and Lee counties explained side by side.

Data updated: September 2026 (RealTrends Verified 2026 profile; Florida Realtors SunStats, Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA, May 2026, as published on our Naples guide; NABOR July 2026 Market Report; retrieved 7 September 2026).

A seller who needs the price right the first time. In May 2026 the MSA median percent of original list price was 90.4 percent and 600 of 1,009 closings were cash, per Florida Realtors SunStats as published on our Naples guide; NABOR’s July 2026 report counted 970 price decreases in the month against 1,296 a year earlier. In a market like that the list price is the negotiation, and a seller wants the agent whose pricing sample is the deepest. McGreevy and Comisar’s 241 published sides in 2025 are the third-largest published sample on this page. Start with a free home valuation or call Jesse direct at (239) 898-6072.

A buyer choosing between North Naples, the Naples Beach ZIPs and East Naples. NABOR’s July 2026 report put the single-family median at $2.5 million in the Naples Beach ZIPs (34102, 34103, 34108) and $1,132,500 in North Naples (34109, 34110, 34119), while condominium prices in both areas fell year over year as condo sales rose. Community fees, club initiation, flood zones and the 2024 FEMA map differ street by street, and the agent you pick should already know them. Our Naples office sits in the middle of that North Naples corridor at 9180 Galleria Ct #200. See how McGreevy and Comisar represent Naples buyers.

A luxury or waterfront move. McGreevy and Comisar alone have over $900 million in Sales, and the 2025 RealTrends average sale price of $653.8K sits above the MSA median sale price of $620,000 for May 2026, which tells you where their business concentrates without anyone needing to say so. NABOR’s July 2026 report notes ten Naples sales above $10 million in the month alone; that tier is a specialist market, and the table’s production column is the place to compare who has published what.

A relocation from out of state or from Lee County. A relocating buyer needs an agent who can explain Florida’s transaction-broker default, the homestead rules, the insurance and flood picture, and the difference between Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero before the first showing. That is the content of our Naples guide and our Collier County guide, both written by the people whose licences are on this page, and it is the one criterion where an office on each side of the county line is an advantage rather than a footnote.

A move that turns on language. The public record on this criterion is thin: no Google Business Profile on the table lists a language. McGreevy and Comisar’s national team profile lists English, Spanish, French and Italian, and the honest note is that Google does not carry that field for anyone here, so ask.

For every row on the table, the same criteria apply and the same public records are the place to check. Pick the criterion that matters to your move, read down that column, and then call the agent whose record fits. McGreevy and Comisar, Top 1% Real Estate Agents Nationally Since 2008, will hand you theirs first.

What does published production mean, and why is it only shown where RealTrends published it?

Published production on this page means a closed-sides and dollar-volume figure that RealTrends Verified published for the 2025 sales year under the listing’s own name or the licensee’s own name, cited to the Naples ranking list it came from. McGreevy and Comisar’s figure is 241 sides and $157.57M; seven other rows carry a figure and four carry none.

Data updated: September 2026 (RealTrends Verified 2026 program, program release 10 July 2026, based on 2025 sales data, retrieved 7 September 2026).

RealTrends Verified is a submission-based ranking program: agents and teams submit their production for the prior calendar year, RealTrends classifies them by size, and RealTrends states that it verifies submissions before publishing city, state and national ranks. It is the closest thing the industry has to a public, third-party production record, and it is the only production source this page uses. Aggregator sites publish sales figures of their own, and on our own profiles those figures disagree with each other by hundreds of millions of dollars, which is exactly why they are not on the table.

One honest wrinkle is worth stating. RealTrends assigns each agent or team to the city of its submitted office, so McGreevy and Comisar appear on the Bonita Springs city lists, ranked 1 by sides and 1 by volume there, and do not appear on the Naples city lists at all, while every other RealTrends figure on this table comes from a Naples list. The state and national ranks are the like-for-like comparison, and they are the ones the table shows for our row: 5 by sides and 11 by volume in Florida among large teams.

An MLS record would be more complete, but it is not public. Members can pull any agent’s closed sides from the Southwest Florida MLS, and a seller interviewing agents is entitled to ask each one for that pull. McGreevy and Comisar will hand you theirs, for Collier County specifically, on request. What a page like this cannot do is publish a competitor’s private MLS production and call it a ranking, so it does not, and it does not publish its own Collier-only MLS count either, because a number that only one row on the table can produce is not a comparison.

What is the Naples market doing in 2026, and why does the agent you pick matter in a 5.8-month market?

Collier County outside Marco Island recorded 733 closed sales in July 2026, up 14.5 percent from July 2025, at an overall median closed price of $590,000, with inventory down 21 percent to 4,415 properties and 5.8 months of supply, per the Naples Area Board of REALTORS July 2026 Market Report. A 5.8-month market rewards pricing precision over listing volume.

Data updated: July 2026 (Naples Area Board of REALTORS, July 2026 Market Report released 21 August 2026, Collier County excluding Marco Island; Florida Realtors SunStats, Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA, May 2026, as published on our Naples guide; both retrieved 7 September 2026).

The rest of the July 2026 report tells the same story. New listings rose 8.1 percent to 916. Pending sales slipped 5.6 percent to 762, the first year-over-year decline in sixteen months. The single-family median rose 12.9 percent to $745,000 while the condominium median fell 4.8 percent to $400,000. Days on market rose 6.9 percent to 108. Price decreases fell from 1,296 to 970. In the Naples Beach ZIPs the single-family median reached $2.5 million, up 31.6 percent, and in North Naples $1,132,500, up 46.2 percent, while condominium prices in both areas fell as condominium sales rose 29.6 and 40 percent. The May 2026 MSA snapshot our Naples guide publishes from Florida Realtors SunStats points the same way: 1,009 closed sales, a $620,000 median, an average sale price of $1,161,173, 59.5 percent cash, active inventory down 18.1 percent to 6,432 and months of supply down from 11.0 to 7.7 in twelve months. A separate market widget published by RealTrends and sourced to Altos Research on 7 September 2026 showed a median list price in Naples of $999,000 with a median of 126 days on market, a list-side figure that sits far above the sold-side median and is the gap a good listing agent closes.

What that means for the choice on this page. When supply was 8.7 months a year earlier, almost any competently marketed Naples home eventually sold and the agent’s skill showed up mainly in how long it took. At 5.8 months with cash buyers writing most of the contracts and the single-family and condominium markets moving in opposite directions, the skill shows up in the first fourteen days: a home priced to the comparable closings in its own ZIP and product type draws the cash offer, and a home priced to the list-side median sits. The 90.4 percent median-to-original-list figure is the market telling sellers that overpricing costs about ten percent, and the agent whose pricing sample is deepest in your ZIP and your product type is the one to interview first.

For every Naples pricing conversation we tracked the NABOR ZIP-group medians above against the closed comparables in the community in question, and that is the conversation to have with Jesse direct at (239) 898-6072 before you set a list price. If you want to see the homes behind these numbers, every home for sale in Naples is on Domain Realty Group, the team site McGreevy and Comisar lead; this page stays on the question of who to hire.

How do Jesse McGreevy and Marc Comisar work Naples from the Galleria Court office?

Jesse McGreevy has sold Southwest Florida real estate since October 2004 and launched the team that became Domain Realty Group in October 2008; Marc Comisar has held a Florida broker licence since September 2003 and runs the listing side in the field. McGreevy and Comisar’s Naples office at 9180 Galleria Ct #200 sits in North Naples off Vanderbilt Beach Road.

Data updated: September 2026 (Florida DBPR licence records; McGreevy and Comisar office records; retrieved 7 September 2026).

In Jesse’s words. I am not going to tell you I grew up in Naples, because I did not. I have lived in Estero since 2003, my licence is dated November 2004, and the first thing Naples taught me was that it is not one market. The Naples Beach ZIPs, North Naples and East Naples price on three different curves, the condominium market and the single-family market have been moving in opposite directions all summer, and a comparable pulled from the wrong side of Pine Ridge Road is worth nothing. That is why the numbers above are grouped the way NABOR groups them and why we opened the Galleria Court office where the North Naples corridor is, rather than pretending an office on US 41 in Bonita Springs is the same thing.

What I can tell you first-hand is how the two counties read each other. A Lee County seller looks at the Naples Beach single-family median and thinks Naples is out of reach; a Naples buyer looks at the Estero and Bonita Springs medians and thinks they are giving something up. Both are wrong in ways that only show up on a map with the closed comparables on it, which is the conversation Marc and I have every week, sometimes on the same afternoon on both sides of the line. Marc has been the listing partner for most of the twenty-two years on his licence, and the appointment you book with us is with him or with me, not with someone we hired last spring.

The table above is how you check us, and it does not flatter us. Eleven Naples agents and teams have more Google reviews than we do, two have published more sides, and one has held a licence four years longer than Marc. We published it anyway, because a seller who has checked the record and still calls Jesse direct at (239) 898-6072 is the seller we want to work with, and because a page that only exists to put its author first is not something either of us would sign.

What do McGreevy and Comisar clients say?

Frequently asked questions about choosing a real estate agent in Naples

How do I find the best real estate agent in Naples, Florida?

Start with the public record rather than the advertising: the Florida DBPR licence lookup for tenure, status and brokerage, the Google Business Profile for dated reviews, and RealTrends Verified for published production. Then interview two or three agents whose records fit your move and ask for a closed-sales pull. McGreevy and Comisar built this page to hold that record.

What questions should I ask a Naples real estate agent before hiring them?

The National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors publish ten questions for each side: how long you have been licensed and whether it is full time, whether you are a Realtor bound by the Code of Ethics, which Naples ZIPs you work most, and whether I can speak to recent clients. McGreevy and Comisar answer all ten up front.

How do I check a Florida real estate licence?

Go to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation licence portal, choose Search by Name or Search by License Number, and open the record. It shows licence type, status, the Original License Date, the expiry, the brokerage of record and any discipline. Jesse McGreevy is SL3101296 and Marc Comisar is BK3060671, both Current and Active with Domain Realty.

What is the difference between a sales associate, a broker associate and a broker in Florida?

Under Chapter 475, Florida Statutes, a broker may operate a brokerage and hold escrow; a sales associate performs the same services under a broker’s direction; and a broker associate holds a broker licence but works under another broker. Marc Comisar is a broker associate and Jesse McGreevy a sales associate, both under Domain Realty, the brokerage Jesse co-founded in 2015.

What is a real estate team under Florida law?

A team is a group of individually licensed associates working under one brokerage and advertising under a shared name. Florida Administrative Code Rule 61J2-10.026 requires the brokerage name in team advertising and, since 2019, bars the team name from being printed larger than the brokerage name. McGreevy and Comisar advertise as McGreevy and Comisar, Domain Realty, for that reason.

Is a Florida real estate agent my agent by default?

No. Under Section 475.278, Florida Statutes, every licensee is presumed to be a transaction broker, a limited form of representation, unless a single-agent or no-brokerage relationship is established in writing. A single agent owes fiduciary duties including loyalty and full disclosure. Ask any Naples agent, McGreevy and Comisar included, which relationship is on offer and get it in writing.

What do Google review counts on a real estate agent’s profile actually measure?

They measure how many signed-in Google users published a rating for that profile and the average of those ratings, and Google removes reviews that violate its policies, so the count changes over time. A count does not measure closings, licence history or price tier, which is why this page dates every count and sets it beside the DBPR record.

Why are McGreevy and Comisar last on Google reviews on this page?

Because the roster was built from the Naples-addressed listings with the most Google reviews on 7 September 2026, and McGreevy and Comisar’s 73 reviews at 4.9 sit on a Bonita Springs listing added as the publisher’s row, not one that qualified on that criterion. Eleven Naples listings carried more, and reordering criteria to flatter the publisher is no comparison.

Why does RealTrends list McGreevy and Comisar under Bonita Springs rather than Naples?

RealTrends Verified assigns every agent and team to the city of its submitted office, and McGreevy and Comisar submit from the Bonita Springs headquarters, where the 2026 program ranks them 1 by sides and 1 by volume, so they are absent from the Naples city lists. The table shows their Florida ranks instead, 5 by sides and 11 by volume.

What percentage do most realtors charge in Florida?

Florida law sets no commission rate; every fee is negotiable and is agreed in writing in the listing agreement or the buyer-broker agreement. Since 17 August 2024, under the NAR settlement practice changes summarised by Florida Realtors, a buyer signs a written agreement stating the buyer agent’s compensation before touring. Ask McGreevy and Comisar for the written terms first.

What changed about buyer-agent commissions after the 2024 NAR settlement?

Per Florida Realtors’ summary of the NAR settlement, since 17 August 2024 MLS participants working with a buyer must sign a written buyer-broker agreement before the buyer tours a home, and that agreement must specifically and conspicuously disclose the compensation. Offers of compensation are no longer published in the MLS. McGreevy and Comisar put the terms in writing first.

Do I need a buyer’s agent to purchase a home in Naples?

Florida does not require one, and a buyer may work directly with a listing agent as a customer. Most Naples buyers use their own agent because the listing agent represents the seller’s side, and because a buyer’s agent knows which communities carry club initiation fees, condominium reserve assessments or a flood-zone line. McGreevy and Comisar represent buyers in writing.

When should I hire a real estate agent to sell my Naples home?

Sixty to ninety days before you want to list. In July 2026 the median Naples home took 108 days to sell per NABOR, and in May 2026 the MSA median took 76 days to go under contract and 110 more to close per Florida Realtors SunStats, so talk to McGreevy and Comisar about pricing and photography a full quarter ahead.

Are home prices dropping in Naples, Florida?

Not overall, and it depends on the product. NABOR’s July 2026 report put the overall median closed price at $590,000, up 2.6 percent from July 2025, with the single-family median up 12.9 percent to $745,000 and the condominium median down 4.8 percent to $400,000. Inventory fell 21 percent to 4,415 homes and months of supply fell to 5.8.

Is Naples, FL a wealthy area?

The public figures are the honest answer. The May 2026 Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA average sale price was $1,161,173 against a median of $620,000, per Florida Realtors SunStats as published on our Naples guide, and NABOR’s July 2026 report counted ten sales above $10 million in one month. McGreevy and Comisar’s 2025 average sale price on the RealTrends record was $653.8K.

Which Naples neighborhood is considered the best?

There is no best on the record; there are price tiers and product types. Port Royal, Old Naples, Park Shore, Pelican Bay and Bay Colony sit at the top of the Naples Beach tier, North Naples carries most of the newer club communities and East Naples most of the value-priced condominiums. Our Naples guide covers the hierarchy community by community.

Is it better to hire a local Naples agent or a national brand?

The public record does not favour either. The DBPR record shows the individual licence and the brokerage of record whatever the sign says, and Google reviews attach to the person or team, not the franchise; the table carries both kinds and shows the same criteria for each. McGreevy and Comisar are an independent Florida brokerage’s team based in North Naples.

Who is the top selling real estate agent in Florida?

RealTrends Verified publishes the Florida rankings each year from verified 2025 production, by individual and by team size, and the current lists are on its site. On the 2026 program McGreevy and Comisar, Domain Realty, rank 5th in Florida by sides and 11th by volume among large teams, with 241 sides and $157.57M, the figure in the table above.

What should I not tell a real estate agent?

Under Florida’s transaction-broker default an agent keeps limited confidentiality, but if you are speaking to the other side’s agent, do not disclose the top price you would pay, the lowest you would accept, or a deadline that weakens you. With your own agent under a written single-agent relationship, tell them everything; loyalty and confidentiality are fiduciary duties there.

Is Naples or Bonita Springs better?

It depends on the move, and McGreevy and Comisar work both sides of the county line every week from a Naples office and a Bonita Springs headquarters. Naples carries the deeper luxury tier and the larger condominium market; Bonita Springs and Estero carry lower medians and newer single-family stock. Read our Naples guide for price bands, fees and flood zones.
