San Remo at Palmira
San Remo is located next to the grounds of the Palmira community in b-e-a-utiful Bonita Springs, Florida. In total, there are three-hundred, fifty-one homes spread across approximately eighty acres of land. Home building styles vary from town homes, attached villas, and single-family. The clubhouse can be viewed upon entrance to the community and serves at the central point for club meetings, social gathering, or residential business functions. DiVosta, the builder, has been in the construction business since the 1960's and was acquired by The Pulte Group in the 1990's. Since the partnership, DiVosta has been creating homeowner approved floor plans with excellent amenities surrounded by decorative landscaping to boot.
