Bright Water
Bright Water is a new neighborhood planned for development along Pritchett Parkway in North Fort Myers. Bright Water has made news headlines as it will be home to one of the largest, man-made lagoons of crystal-clear water known to America. Bright Water is being developed through a collaboration between the firms of Metro Development and Crystal Lagoons, an enterprise that has patented technology which enables the affordable engineering and maintenance of massive water features such as that which will grace this new community. Crystal Lagoons has produced similar water amenities at resorts throughout the world. At Bright Water, in addition to the lagoon that encompasses an expanse equivalent to eight football fields, residents will have access to amenities that include kayaking, snorkeling, paddle-boarding, sailing and more. The first phase of development also calls for the construction of 300 homes. The homes will priced starting from the mid to high $200s. Bright Water is also appreciably positioned close to Gulf beaches, golf courses, shops, restaurants and entertainment attractions.
