How Beach Parking Works in Naples and Collier County

Start here, because this is the part visitors and even new residents get wrong most often. Every Collier County property taxpayer and full-time resident is eligible for a free annual beach parking permit, valid at every City of Naples and Collier County beach under an interlocal agreement between the city and the county. City of Naples residents pick up their permit at Naples City Hall, 735 8th Street South. Downtown Naples: Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, and the Historic Core

Fifth Avenue South

Fifth Avenue South is Naples' primary restaurant and boutique corridor, a walkable strip through Old Naples lined with galleries, patio dining, and holiday lighting that turns the street into one of the region's best evening walks in season.

Third Street South
