Full Golf Membership Fee Increase Effective June 1, 2026
As a result of these continued investments and increasing demand, the Board has approved an increase to the Full Golf Membership initiation fee.
Effective June 1, 2026:
Full Golf Membership initiation fee will increase from $150,000 to $180,000
Club leadership also anticipates future increases to the Lifestyle Membership category as the new Lifestyle Center nears completion later this year.
Introducing the New Member-in-Waiting (MIW) Program
Shadow Wood has also introduced a new future golf membership category known as Member-in-Waiting (MIW), replacing the former Golf-in-Waiting program.
This new category was created for individuals interested in securing future Full Golf Membership status while enjoying immediate access to many club amenities and limited in-season golf privileges.

The Member-in-Waiting category costs 80% of the Full Membership fee while allowing members to lock in the current Full Membership rate upon joining.
