Thanks to a partnership between Barron Collier Companies and Capreit, the long-anticipated Imperial 41 mixed-use development is officially underway.

Located off Old 41 Road, directly across from the beloved Wonder Gardens, Imperial 41 will bring both vibrancy and function to downtown Bonita Springs. The thoughtfully designed project will include:

120 luxury apartment homes

19,000 square feet of commercial space across two buildings
