Exciting developments are underway in Bonita Springs as the Burn Pine Center prepares to welcome over 20 businesses to its new commercial flex center. Located on a 4-acre site at the corner of US Old 41 and Bernpine Court, this project is set to transform a long-vacant lot near Bonita Springs Charter School into a vibrant hub of activity.
In 2023, NH2 Property Management acquired the property for $3.525 million. Now, plans have been unveiled for a new 51,000 sq. ft. commercial center that promises to bring a diverse array of businesses to the area. The Burn Pine Center will feature 21 commercial spaces, each ranging from 1,513 sq. ft. to 2,640 sq. ft. These units will come equipped with LED lighting, ADA-compliant restrooms, natural gas, electric setups, and all essential utilities, providing a modern and convenient setting for future tenants.
The site is ideally situated adjacent to the upcoming Pickleball Club, which will offer an indoor pickleball facility complete with a café, bar, pro shop, and more. This proximity to recreational amenities is expected to enhance the appeal of the Burn Pine Center for both businesses and visitors.
Burn Pine Center Units
The Burn Pine Center's 21 commercial units are designed to accommodate a wide range of businesses. Christine McManus of IPC Naples is currently listing these units for lease. Although the project is still in its early stages and many businesses prefer to wait until construction is further along to commit, interest is already building. Several retailers, breweries, and a deli have expressed interest in securing a space in the new center.
Development and Leasing
The Burn Pine Center recently received its Development Order and will soon begin the permitting process. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that more businesses will come forward to take advantage of the opportunity to establish themselves in this prime location.
This new development promises to inject fresh energy into Bonita Springs, providing residents and visitors with new shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With its strategic location and modern facilities, the Burn Pine Center is set to become a cornerstone of the community, contributing to the area's ongoing growth and prosperity.
Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting project continues to develop!
