Are you tired of sitting in traffic jams, wondering what can be done to ease the congestion on our roads? Engage Estero invites you to a free public forum where they'll dive deep into the reasons behind traffic congestion, explore potential solutions, and discuss what each of us can do to make a difference.

Location: Estero High School Auditorium, 21900 River Ranch Road, Estero, Fl 33928
Enter from River Ranch Road and turn right into the parking lot. The Auditorium is on the southern side of the school as depicted in the photo below.

Understanding the Problem
Rapid population growth in Estero has put tremendous pressure on our roads, leading to gridlock and frustration for residents. During this forum, they'll dissect the root causes of traffic congestion and why it can take years to implement changes, even after identifying the problem.

Expert Panelists
Check out the lineup of expert panelists who will share their insights and expertise on traffic congestion:

Steven Davies (Florida Department of Transportation): Steven will discuss ongoing efforts in Collier County to leverage existing funded projects and deploy a Connected Traveler Information System to enhance mobility and safety on our roads.

Ted Treesh (TR Transportation Consultants): With over 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning, Ted will provide valuable insights into traffic impact studies, corridor planning, and traffic signal systems analysis.

Carmen Monroy  (Stantec, Inc.): Carmen specializes in transportation planning and creative community engagement. She'll share strategies and programs aimed at improving transportation systems and fostering sustainable communities.

Max Forgey (Forgey Planning): Max brings decades of experience in land use planning and community development. He'll discuss the regulatory landscape and the role of land use permissions in addressing traffic congestion.
