“If we could get the mixed-use feel of it and create that vibrancy and feel here, that you could keep cars off the road, you could live here, work here, play here.”

Connectivity is a key component of the design. The layout promotes internal circulation, allowing residents and visitors to move throughout the development without adding unnecessary traffic to surrounding roadways. Mayor Mike Gibson noted the positive impact this could have along Bonita Beach Road, as residents will be able to dine, shop, and socialize close to home.

With a carefully curated blend of local, regional, and national businesses, Midtown at Bonita Springs is being designed to appeal to a wide audience. Its centralized location means residents won’t need to travel to U.S. 41, Estero, or downtown Naples for everyday conveniences and entertainment.
