Southwest Florida has welcomed a charming addition to its culinary scene: Chica Rosa Creperie and Cafe, the region's inaugural pink creperie cafe and champagne bar. Nestled at 9903 Gulf Coast Main St., G-117, in south Fort Myers, adjacent to Amore Brick Oven Pizza, this delightful eatery is the brainchild of Yoly and Angel Figueredo.
A Taste of Elegance
With its all-pink decor, Chica Rosa offers a delightful array of sweet and savory crepes, tantalizing flatbreads, and an impressive selection of beverages, ranging from coffee-based delights to an assortment of mimosas. While currently featuring a simplified menu, the cafe is preparing to unveil its permanent, expanded menu in the coming weeks, promising more specialties, cocktails, open-face sandwich options, dessert towers, and a delightful brunch spread.
A Journey Rooted in Tradition
Born in Russia and raised in a proud Cuban household, Yoly Figueredo's culinary journey began with her mother's Russian crepe recipes, known as blinis. These cherished family traditions sparked Yoly's passion for crepes, eventually inspiring her dream of opening a creperie. With unwavering support from her husband, Angel, Yoly's dream has blossomed into reality with the creation of Chica Rosa.
A Fusion of Flavors
Chica Rosa's menu reflects a beautiful fusion of family traditions and Latin heritage. Indulge in delectable offerings like the Dulce and Gabbana crepe, featuring dulce de leche, vanilla custard, ice cream, and whipped cream, or savor the savory notes of the salteado steak crepe, crafted with steak, peppers, caramelized onions, and roasted pepper salsa.
A Family Affair
At Chica Rosa, family is at the heart of everything. From the menu inspired by cherished family recipes to the cafe's vibrant pink decor, every aspect of Chica Rosa reflects the Figueredo family's love and heritage. As a tribute to her loved ones, pink symbolizes Yoly's daughter and honors her mother-in-law, creating a welcoming space for all to enjoy.
Plan Your Visit
Chica Rosa invites guests to indulge in its culinary delights from Wednesday to Sunday, offering a cozy indoor seating area for approximately 25 guests and an outdoor space for 18. Walk-ins are welcome, with plans to introduce reservations and expand operating hours to seven days a week in the near future.
Don't miss the chance to experience the magic of Chica Rosa Creperie and Cafe – where tradition meets innovation, and every bite tells a story. Visit today and discover the taste of Southwest Florida's first pink paradise.
