Estero's culinary scene is about to get even tastier with the approval of a new development order last summer. The Planning, Zoning, and Design Board have given the green light for a brand new Culver's restaurant to be located at 8400 Murano Del Lago Drive, Tract 3C, within the Coconut Point Development of Regional Impact.
This 4,052-square-foot Culver's will occupy a 2.3-acre commercial development, enhancing the dining options for locals and visitors alike. The development will feature two buildings with ample parking, lush landscaping, and efficient stormwater management systems to ensure sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The main attraction will undoubtedly be Culver's, renowned for its delectable menu offerings. From their signature butter burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches to fresh salads and golden french fries, there's something to satisfy every craving. Plus, Culver's famous cheese curds are sure to become a favorite among patrons.
For those with a sweet tooth, Culver's frozen custard is a must-try. Indulge in this creamy delight served in a dish, cone, or blended into a mouthwatering concrete mixer or shake. It's the perfect way to top off a satisfying meal!
Construction is already underway, and soon, Estero residents will have a new go-to spot for delicious food and friendly service. Stay tuned for updates on the grand opening of Culver's in Estero's Coconut Point area – it's bound to be a culinary sensation!
