Konover South, a development firm based in Deerfield Beach, has started work on the 9.6-acre Marketplace of Coconut Point. This development marks the final commercial frontage within the expansive Coconut Point area, which already boasts approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail space.

But that's not all. Jeffrey Williams, Konover's executive vice president of development and construction, emphasized that this plaza will "address everyday needs" for Estero residents and complement the existing 482-acre Coconut Point development.
