Curious about the bustling construction on the east side of U.S. 41 in Estero, just north of Coconut Point? If you’ve been wondering about the activity between Via Rapallo Drive and Sweetwater Ranch Boulevard, here's everything you need to know about the latest additions to this vibrant area.
Marketplace of Coconut Point
Konover South, a development firm based in Deerfield Beach, has started work on the 9.6-acre Marketplace of Coconut Point. This development marks the final commercial frontage within the expansive Coconut Point area, which already boasts approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail space.
New Additions
Among the exciting new establishments, you'll find:
- Miller's Ale House
- Starbucks
- McDonald's
- Noire the Nail Bar
But that's not all. The Marketplace of Coconut Point will feature 15 slots in total, with future tenants likely to include restaurants with outdoor seating, specialty dessert shops, boutiques, and family and specialized medical services. Jeffrey Williams, Konover's executive vice president of development and construction, emphasized that this plaza will "address everyday needs" for Estero residents and complement the existing 482-acre Coconut Point development.
