PJK, a celebrated concept by Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, is set to open its second location in Coconut Point, Estero, FL. Launched in spring 2023 in downtown Naples, PJK has quickly gained a reputation for its scratch-made coastal Chinese cuisine, blending traditional and modern Asian flavors.
A Storied Location
The new PJK restaurant will occupy a dining space at 23151 Village Shops Way, Suite 109, previously home to The Saloon wood-fired grill and Blue Water Bistro. This location, next to Ruth’s Chris Steak House and opposite Divieto Ristorante and El Nido Modern Mexican, has been vacant since May 2023.
From Rumors to Reality
“The secret is out,” PJK announced on Instagram, dispelling rumors that the vacant space was destined to become a P.F. Chang’s, another Chinese restaurant concept created by Paul Fleming, a Naples resident. Instead, it will house the second PJK location, continuing the legacy of innovative Asian dining in the area.

PJK stands for Paul and Jody Fleming and their dog Kolton, symbolizing the personal touch and passion behind the restaurant. The first PJK launched in March 2023 on Fourth Avenue South in Naples, offering a menu that features a unique mix of exclusive entrees, small plates, wok classics, dim sum, and craft cocktails.
