Owner Ryan Vesce, a former Hockey professional with the San Jose Sharks, and his team quickly helped me by locating the muscles that were not firing and causing me pain. They have a methodical approach that puts you through the strength process without pushing heavy weights or running on a boring treadmill. Matterhorn Fit’s mission is to restore and empower an active lifestyle for everyone, by utilizing the same holistic healing and performance process used by the world’s best athletes. I am often training next to young up-and-coming and professional athletes as well as everyday ordinary people like me who are rehabbing or just trying to stay physically fit. They can help with Nutrition and setting up a meal plan customized to you and your goals. The team at Matterhorn Fit care about your progress and they are the real deal. I am in my 50's and I am in better shape than I was in my 30's. They also recently opened a Naples location. If you want to get physically fit try it for your self.
