In a move that supports sustainability and lower density, Estero’s Village Council approved a zoning change reducing the total number of homes from 724 to 590, while shifting the focus from multi-family units to primarily single-family homes. This change not only helps preserve the area's wetlands and wildlife, but also enhances the long-term value and quality of the community.
