The first phase of Cabana Resort will feature a striking seven-story building housing 110 condominiums, offering two- and three-bedroom options. Developer Omer Dror of 3BL Ventures LLC expressed relief and excitement at overcoming the challenges faced during the approval process, emphasizing the commitment to delivering on promises and exceeding expectations.
With pre-construction pricing starting in the $500,000s, the initial building is already near capacity, underscoring the high demand for this resort-style living concept. Plans for additional phases are underway, with a focus on providing top-notch amenities and a vacation experience year-round.
